Fuel for Thought

Lovin the South!

  I know I've said it before, but I love drivin down South!   There's a lot of money to be made North of I70, but the scenery sure is better down here.   Monday I delivered near Atlanta , Tuesday ended up in Jackson , GA . Wednesday morn I drove over to the Great Falls State Park , and walked around a bit, just enjoying the serenity.  I only got to stay about a half hour, because of course, that's when I got offered a good run going near Jackson , MS !   Here's a couple shots tho.

 

 

 

           After delivering in Jackson , I slept there, then this morning ran a short run down near the Lousiana border.   Once again, running thru some beautiful areas. One cool thing I find a lot down south... many times I deliver to plants, and it's not in some crusty industrial park jungle of concrete... it's way out in the boondocks!   It's cool driving down some of these roads to a delivery, and the trees are over hanging, the birds are singing... people are selling fresh shrimp and crawfish from the back of their pickups... yep, I'm not kidding LOL... if I'd had more time, I'd have stopped   LOL.
