Irrational Fears...

I know that it sounds silly, I am an adult, why should I be afraid of something. Its not like its a monster under a bed or anything but there are two things that I encounter almost everytime that I drive that really

I will start with the thing that I fear the absolute most. Bridges. I dont like driving over them, I don't like riding over them, and if I get stuck on one in traffic, I really think that it is going to be the end of the world. I don't really know what I am afraid of them. I just think that they are going to break, and I am going to plummet thousands of feet to my death.

Secondly, I don't like driving through a section of road that has rocks or mountains on both sides of me. I am afraid that there is going to be a rock slide, that I am going to be burried in rubble, no one will ever find me, and that I will die there.

I guess that it is something that I think of while I am driving. Always preparing for the worst. I know that they are completely irrational fears, and would be freak accidents. I have a special little breathing technique that I do while I am driving around these items, and tell myself that everything is going to be ok.
