Holiday madness

We are looking forward to the holidays, as it is a time that we will get to spend with friends and family. At the same time, we are not looking forward to them, as there is so much to do, so many people to see, and not enough time.

I have a HUGE family, while Nick has a small one. It is just his parents and his siblings here in the United States, so its easy to do holidays with them. Then it comes to my side of the family. There is my mom and dad, my dad and step-mom, then at my grandparents, and then at my dad's sisters house with the cousins, aunts and uncles. Luckily, my whole family is all within about 1/2 hour of each other so it makes it easy to travel to, just hard to schedule.

(Me as a child at Christmas)

This year is also going to be a bit different since we are finally taking our first vacation/honeymoon in January. So we will be off from the week before Christmas through the middle of January. I am sure when we come back we will be ready to work so we can have a break from all of the craziness.
