Happy 2015

Happy New Year. I turned over the new year asleep in my bunk after 1300 miles of freight and repositioning for a dry run. My new year’s day load did not materialize. The plant wasn’t even open to tell me the load was cancelled. Technically, the warehouse was open, wide open. It’s just that no one was there. I stayed close to maybe catch the load today if it rematerialized. Dispatch does see a new load that matches the previous one, but I haven’t heard back that we got the load.

Happy New Year to everyone. May this year be as good as the last.
