Funny things that happen

This is all probably going to make you all wonder just how in the heck I drive, but I am quite clumsy, and it can be highly entertaining.

Just the other day I was looking out the passenger side window at something that I saw that was very interesting. As we went past it I tried to turn my head and look at it harder, needless to say the window was there and I knocked my head.

Another head injury... I walk into the side mirrors on the van quite often.

There was the day that I was kneeling on the edge of the bed, back to the seats, massaging Nicks back. I sneezed, lost my balance, and blew myself onto the floor, landing between the seats, and was almost impossible to get out :/

When we had two beds, I tried sleeping in the one that went lengthwise instead of width wise, I woke up on the floor with a bloody nose and black eye.

This one is kind of gross, but it seems like anytime I am eating chocolate, while driving, I have to sneeze. One day I could not hold it until I swallowed, and there was chocolate all over the windshield and dash. Needless to say, Nick didnt think it was as funny as I did.

When I first came out here with Nick and was just riding, I would sleep in the front seat a lot. He decided to wake me up one day by screaming. In front of me was a truck that was in tow, facing us. I did NOT find that funny at all.

One time we were in Cabelas looking at things and we found one of the reclining lounge chairs. He told me to sit in it, so I did. He tipped it back. Due to my short stature, I was unable to get it back upright. I sat there flailing around like a fish for about 5 minutes before he came back to get me out of it.

A few weeks ago we had stopped at a Flying J. He woke me up to go inside and use the restroom before I started driving. I also bought a drink and a snack. I came outside and saw that he was no longer parked out front where he had left me. I circled the parking lot, all sleepy eyed and with out glasses. I didnt see him and I started bawling my eyes out. Then I saw a figure that looked like him out by the fuel island for the big trucks. It was then I realized he had gone to fuel and didnt tell me.

Not neccessarily funny, but it is memorable. About a month ago, on a tiny back road in TN, heading to MS, in extremely dense fog, I came across a bear in the middle of the road. I stopped, and screamed out of female instict. Nick flew up out of bed, pulled out his ear plugs, and asked me what was wrong. He had thought maybe I had hit someone. I had him finish driving because I was so shaken, but stayed up the rest of the trip with him.

Hope that this will give y'all a few laughs
