Commercial Insurance Solutions
In 2010 we met John and Shelly Benisch at the Expedite Expo. They were with the Commercial Insurance Solutions booth. We spent a lot of time talking to them. At that time, due to my age, 25, we didn't switch insurance because it was going to be more expensive than the group policy that we had with our carrier. We switched carriers March of 2011. Again we saw them at the Expedite Expo and talked to them much more. After the show we contaced them about insurance rates. With the Progressive policy through them it was going to be about $40 more per year. The coverage and deductibles that were offered to us were much better than what we had so we decided to take the plunge and switch insurance agencies. This was one of the best decisions that we have ever made.
Since then we have actually used the insurance twice. The first time was early in January when we needed to have our passengers side door fixed from wind damage. We were also able to use it this week when our transmission went out. The policy that we have has a roadside assistance package. It allowed us to be towed to the closest authroized repair facility. That happened to be 69 miles from the location that we were at. It was a super easy process as well. We called them, gave them the policy number, and name of the closest dealership that we had found. The agent verified that it was the closest one, and that was it. The tow truck was there within 30 minutes and we were on our way.
The $40 more per year has more than easily paid for itself, and we are absolutely thrilled with the service and value of the insurance.
