Fuel for Thought

One year ago today, we went in service with our current carrier. The decision to switch carriers after 4 years did not come lightly by any means. There was lots of research involved in us making our switch. Lots of things influenced our change, most of them personal. As with when anyone switches companies, it is a nervous time in their lives. We were worried about what if we do not like it, what if we do not like their system. Will we be able to get used to their systems and their policies. There was a lot of research put into us deciding which company was right for us. We started with 3 and worked it down to one. Then we made the big change.
The new company definately came with a little bit of a learning curve. The systems were so different than what we used to, but we were more than thrilled with them. Another thing that made the change easy were the friends that we have that had changed to other companies in the past. A major thing that I kept saying was "At least we can always say that we tried and not question in the back of our minds if we could have done it." That phrase can apply to many things in life as well.
We have seen many things that proved our decision was a proper one for us, and our business. We were able to take our honeymoon/first vacation. We have been able to take time off and not worry as much about it. We have made many friends that are like our own personal little family. We know that we can turn to each other for many things.
It is nice to see that research, hard work and determination have paid off for us so far. We are looking forward to only going up from here.
