Year to Date Earnings on Weekly Settlements

To all Panther Driver Representitives:

Could you please address the issue of including year to date earnings on our weekly settlement check detail sheets. This should be an automatic function of what ever spread sheet application they use. I can't see where it would require any extra effort or expense.

Do other carriers include year to date earnings on the weekly settlement? Con-Way Now did this and so did every other employer I have worked for.

Thank You!

Maybe Panther has to upgrade their version of QuickBooks?

I don't see a year to date amount on my settlement sheets but I can look it up on line.

You can go to your payroll history and click the link down at the bottom for Exel. Then you can do YTD or MTD etc.
If not, you would have to add up the weeks total. So for this year so far, you would have 6 numbers to add if doing it manually.

Thank you Dave.

I didn't know that existed. I will have to play around with it and then start plugging in my numbers for 2007. Wish I would have asked about this 6 months ago!

Thank you Bob.

I didn't realize we had access to an Exel spreadsheet. But I still believe it should be a part of the weekly settlement for those that don't care to mess with that particular Excel spreadsheet. So please voice my (others) opinion. Thanks again. Lyla says ARF!
