Writer's strike, is it a real loss?

I am reading about the writer's strike and think that there are only a couple shows that really matter to me. Those shows I can live without.

Otherwise they can all stick their "greedy heads in the oven and turn on the gas". I am sorry until they start writing better material, there should be no considerations of residuals for them.

As one stage person said... For them, it's about vacation. For us, it's about paying our mortgage.

To me, it's all about power! Most of these dweebs entertain their pompous causes, yet don't give a crap if the ppl who work under them can't pay their bills. Umm... hypocracy in the Hollywood elite?
