Wouldn't You Like to own a M14?

As a Gun person (i am figuring you have some interest in guns or you wouldn't have opened this thread) how would you liike to own a M14 and in doing so help reduce the federal deficit?

The M-14 was the rifle I drilled with and qualified with at Parris Island in '67 . I was fortunate in Viet Nam '68-'69 to be in an S-2 unit that issued M-14's as their weapon . It's an excellent weapon . We did have the selector on our weapons in 'Nam to make it fully automatic .
This is only one example of surplus material that could bring in revenue rather than add to waste .

Nah, I wouldn't like to own an M-14. If I did own one I would want to use it on a daily basis.
