what is the best meal you have cooked in the truck

this could be fun, list the best meals you made in your truck.

Just got done with four cheese ravioli with shrimp and Alfredo sauce.

Pretty sure my fave are either arroz con gandules, huevos rancheros, or carnitas.

Too many to list...but a few weeks ago on sunday I had a rib eye steak rubbed in a grecian spice rub, sweet onions sauteed in beef broth and balsamic vinegar and fresh green beans i steamed in the micro wave the sauteed in balsamic vinegar, and a baked potato....

I have a butane burner and a iron skillet and a grill pan in the CV.....

Its a toss up between solar pop tarts or instant oatmeal.
