This truck is still on the road & making money. Specific to the method we used to attach the skin, which was the proper double-faced tape... after almost 4 years not one seam has let go! I would be very, very skeptical of welding (using heat anyway) to attach aluminum to steel... they just don't like each other, especially in an environment with water and (static) electricity!

All that being said, the next complete fabrication project is going to happen this winter... an under 10,001 GVW van with completely separate personal space AND room for 6 full size skids... projected 4,500+ cargo capacity! This will be our fleet ' new standard.

So a 3x foot long van? Or a 102" wide van? When will we see photos and drawings?
