Maybe it is time we seriously think of bring the USPS into the 21st century and possible outsourcing it to FedEx.

They, the postal workers, many who work hard and actually deserve what they put into the system for retirement should not be forgotten by the people they serve but at the same time we the people should not have tolerated civil servants to be represented by unions who inflated operating costs.

If they'd make the right cuts.....No way should there be twice a day deliveries and Saturdays should have been long gone....
The volume just doesn't support this anymore...
They could have saved maybe a billion dollars or more by now...

They did this to themselves...the economy was not at play here...stupidity and stubborn.
