Thermos cookware

Can't figure out where to post this, wife says 'post it here'.

Has anyone used this product or even heard about it?

Thermos makes something like this (can't find the Thermos brand) and I have something like it at my dads home that was used in WW2.

Just wondering what, if any advantage this would have over the crock pot that I break a lot?

Wow what a neat idea!!! I sent off an email to Thermos asking for stores in the States that sell this product, I "googled" the product name and came up with sites in Canada that sell it, It doesn't look cheap either although it is quoted in Canada dollars it still runs in the 2 to 300.00$ range, perhaps they have a 1 or 2 serving size unit.
