The VENTING Thread!

I thought about responding to some posts, but I just don't have the drive (figuratively and literally). Reading Ark's view on Hucka-hucka burnin Constitution, and Tallcal's reality according to Al Franken, makes me wonder why I even bother. No offense to those two or others. I'm just venting. Ppl have different points of view. They think differently about why things are the way they are; on where things are going; about how history really came about; what the framers of the Constitution really meant, etc. So me saying this or that in this thread, or any other, isn't gonna make a damm bit of difference. But I'm gonna vent anyways. :)

My dad and I got into a good conversation the other night. My dad is a liberal, who also understands that government is a bunch of garbage. He gets into conspiracies, somewhat. And with that, he has sent me countless emails on different subjects. Anyways... while we were talking about government, and hand-picked party stooges from both sides, I had a lightbulb moment. Who was the last president to stand up to the REAL powers that be, and tried to impliment something that would actually improve the way government governed? In other words, CLEAN HOUSE? That, my friends, would be JFK. And look what happened to him?

Since then, presidents did not try to change the structure of the federal government (other than adding on to it). I'm guessing that after the annointed one gets his celebration on, and moves into the Ivory Abode, someone comes and knocks on the door of the Elliptical Cubicle and proceeds to tell him the way things ARE. "Sorry, Mr President. You are the temp, and we are the temp agency." Fearing that he'll be the next great conspiracy since the grassy knoll, he dutifully obeys not to touch the untouchable.

Now I call this the "Government within the government". There are ppl involved who actually run the show. The president, and all federally elected officials, are merely puppets who do the bidding of their string holders. All this means is that any REAL change of the government's structure will not happen short of a bloody revolution. Even then, I'm sure someone will step in to "advise" the new government; and we're back where we started.

I don't trust anyone who says they are for REAL change. Because either they are lying, or they are just ignorant to the facts as they are. I think Obama is ignorant to those facts. But if he's stubborn enough to pull another JFK, then more power to him! I will love him even after a bullet scrambles his brain. And what did JFK do? If you're really curious, google JFK and Federal Reserve; and you'll have your answer. Read with an open mind - like it's a possible theory... and not as just another conspiracy. If anything, it reads as an interesting plot for a Grisholm novel.

Vent away, ppl!

Well I decided to rewrite this after I knida blew up.

I have said what I have said about Huckabee for one reason and one reason alone. I lived in the state where he was the Gov. Who better to tell you what kind of Gov. someone was besides one of the citizens of that state? Like I said when I first talked about his tenure in Arkansas I described him as a decent Gov. He did better than Clinton I'll give him that. I've never said he had my vote. I'm currently undecided. I do think that if a future Gov of Michigan runs for President some of the People from Michigan, like yourself, should educate the rest of use on what kind of job that person really did. Not how the media portrays them. Huck screwed up a few times while in office, but he made some improvements to our state at the same time. Am I saying he would make a good President? No. Because there is no way to tell until after he holds the office. If he never takes office we will never know. The same goes for the rest of the candidates. Just like in 2000 and 2004 the majority of the country thought W would do better than his advisory. We will never know now. Now it seems the majority of the country thinks he has done a bad job. I don't know if another person could have done better in the situations he was in as President, because no other President will be in those same exact situations.

OMG, T-Hawk, settle down.

First thing is JFK’s EO 11110 was not about removing the power of the federal reserve, it was about removing United States Notes out of circulation and allowing the removal of the clause Payable to the Bearer on Demand. JFK was killed, for what it is worth, for his unleashing of his brother against the very people who put him in office, the Chicago Mafia and others. They warned him to have Bobby back off or else. We all know that the Warren Commission was charged with the need to find only one outcome – so there is another theory for you.

The thing is I read all this stuff about JFK and the Federal Reserve and do think they are a problem but there is a lot more to the story than meets the eye. I mean there are groups out there saying that the Federal Reserve is unconstitutional, which is not true as much as the 16th amendment is not ratified. But again people don’t take in the entire history of things to understand what is going on.

We won’t get change from insiders, from mavericks or anyone like that. We won’t get any real positive change from Obama or Hillary. The republicans don’t have anyone who really is good enough to be called conservative or even reach to the main stream of the population, so I consider them lost.

But with that said, today I took a hard look at the republicans and can’t really find anything really good about them anymore.

I mean they don’t understand that supporting people like McCain is actually hurting them, they don’t get that they're not standing up and addressing any real issues in an adult fashion is hurting them and they just don’t get that they need to stop with the primary crap and find someone within their party who really stands for and acts like the person that could lead the country. Instead we have 5 individuals who change their tune depending on the group they are talking to, they are not focusing on any one good issue and they all say they can do this or that but failed to show exactly how to do that. They don’t inspire people, but turn them off. For example, the repubs can skip having debates and just have a sit down discussion sessions with the candidates. Not a formal you have three minutes to answer this or that but let them talk about the issue they think matters to us.

On the home front, they have been donothings when it comes down to the border, real justice and taxes. We heard today about the stimulus Package of the presidents but that too is a mess when you read it and should not go to everyone. The repubs cr*pped on the American people, McCain was one who did more damage to the country than Bin Ladin and he is running for President? We have real issues with interest rates and they sit on their hands and do nothing but go along with another reduction. We have an issue with Department of Homeland Security now wanting to eliminate every piece of ID from any place and replace it with one universal multi-pass and still pushing for library records being open to them.

I now realized what the primaries are all about; they allow us to vote in a way for a president to make us feel better, cheapening our voting rights and the very act of being a citizen.

See in fact we do not have a right to vote in a presidential election thanks to the cry babies in the Democratic Party who push the issue up to the Supreme Court in 2000. It seems that we do how ever have the rights to control the federal representatives and who we elect to the congress and this is where we don’t get the process as citizens. The thing is, the primaries are a party thing, and they actually prevent us from focusing on the election and the issues that the candidates stand for by wearing us down. No way you can convince me that the money we spend on it is worth while and it, like the income tax we have is outdated.

The best thing for people to do is demand that the US government follow the constitution, and force them to follow the 10th amendment. They need to register, vote and be engaged to make change - not depend on a person who can't spend a dime or make a law.
