Yes, that's correct - a link explaining the deflection recently attempted in this thread ... where it was sought to "whatabout" ... and deflect to the Kavanah protests or the 2011 Wisconsin protests ... rather than just conversing about what is seemingly more topical for this thread: the recent insurrection and rebellion.
Multiple deflections, all of a type ... a fairly standard response apparently, if history is any indication.

See, the Biden administration can't decide if they want to call the armed military takeover of the civilian government in Myanmar a "coup" or not.
But, one thing they're pretty sure about is that guy in the Viking hat and his Selfie Army went into the Capitol, well that's a coup.
So, according to Democrats the way you can tell a coup from whatever it is happening in Myanmar is whether there is a Viking hat. If there's a Viking hat involved, well there ya go, that's a coup. But if it's an armed military entering the Capitol and taking over the government, that's more of a "we don't know what that is. Does it have a name? Should we give everything a name? C'mon, man, not everything needs a label, does it? We'll just call if The Events That Happened."
So that's the Biden administration: Armed military capture, takeover and control of the civilian government - we just don't know what to call that.
