For starters the kids picture is a very poor photo shop job.
However, if this is a legit issue this kid will be hounded by big brother for the next ten years.
"This is further proof that the IRS is a rogue agency" - huh?
What do they consider "proof"? One woman's story? One photo of a letter written in crayon?
What's truly shocking is how easily some people are convinced to be outraged. SMH. Again.
