Some long overdue GOOD news!

Researchers have finally managed to come to a conclusion that we wanted to hear: eating dark chocolate lowers blood pressure.
Keeping in mind Rich's chocolate & keyboard booboo, I am lowering mine as I type, with Hershey's All Natural Extra Dark Chocolate with cranberries, blueberries, and almonds - yummy medicine, indeed.
The recommendation is for about 70 grams per day, which is in the neighborhood of 2 ounces - enjoy! :9

Didn't researchers back in 1987 come to this conclusion?

And they also found out in some forms of chocolate is good for your teeth.

Amazing we forget how good 'good' food is for us - what a fast food nation we are!
