Therse is a catch 22,you pay this guy 1000 bucks a week,but he only needs 2000 a month to live,so he works 2 weeks and hides 2 weeks.I had team do exactly that back in the 90's.where my buddy works,they raised his pay per mile then lowered his miles,so they could keep more drivers busy.

That is a good analagy nite. I never thunk bout the work'in 2 an hid'in 2, but it sure fits a lot of mo's, for whatever reason.

Many of you "no pay" bemoaners will never understand until you have tried very hard to create a win/win for everyone and continually get slapped by people that truly believe their actions and motivation are perfectly normal.
