Looks more like a W.A.S.P. stand to me.
Around here the hunters? who aren't road hunting. Set up a stand, bait it for a month or two and wait for a Deer to walk underneath. After shooting the animal, take a meat saw cut off the Buck's head and leave the carcass for the coyotes.
Real stalkers these people.

Im sure it happens,, But if your seeing it I hope your reporting it at the same time.
And to a degree there is nothing wrong in my book with leaving a carcass for the food chain..Not sure if its legal or not??
(By carcass Im refering to meat removed)
No idea how they got it up there,,but if looks comfy,,did ya notice all the time and money building it ,,,and no satelite dish..
