Thanks for all the advice,it was needed and welcommed.
I did go to the doctor after we returned home,nothing serious,thank goodness.
I was told to walk more and to avoid tight fitting garments...leave the colas alone and drink lots more water.
Most of all, to avoid salt,or at least as much as I can..so with tears of regret...I must say goodbye to bacon,ham and the good food of my youth.
Once again, thanks to each and everyone of you and may God bless and keep you.

Thanks so much for you update. We all really need to live by those rules and try to be healthier in and easy to be unhealthy job. So glad you are fine and a few small things will improve your heath.

Get out of the cab! Stretch! Every 2-4 hours I try to get out and move. My neighbor got cysts on his rear end because he liked to do his 11 in one straight shot. If you don't like two weeks or more downtime due to that, take 15 mins and walk around your truck.
