1st Amendment: Fairness doctrine, covering up of Catholic religious symbols
What about your 5th Amendment Rights you seem so happy to give up, like, the assumption of innocence. Not if you drive a truck, haul hazmat, haul radmat, drive in IN or MN OR try to buy a gun.
The government now assumes guilt and you like it, OR, you would fight it, scream about it and take up arms if needed. Think I am wrong? Random drug tests for drivers assume you take drugs, there is NO probable cause for those tests. Forcing you to take those tests under the pain of losing your livelyhood is called extortion. They assume that YOU are a dopper, Obama admitted to it( being wasted for years as he put it) and won't submit to randoms, but I HAVE too or not work.
What about Take our survey (IN or MN) or we will DOT you and either way put you out of service. They have no legal basis under the Constitution to do this. It involves intraptment and extortion, and YOU like it, OR, you would be up in arms.
Why is ACORN doing much of the cences this year? Why is the government getting GPS locations on EVERY residence? Why did the Excectutive branch try to take over the cencus?
What about the 10nh amendment? Read that sometime and tell me that our government is following our Constitution.
Just as city people like and support filth and crime, ( they must or they would clean up thier own mess and put and end to the crime) many who post in here are quite happy to give in to total government control and the end of our Constitution. I am not one of them.

I would be surprised these days, maybe not you but in general. We are in this mess with these rotten to the core polititions for one reason only, the people don't care. Thier only reason for voting for this or that person is based on political party. ONLY a Dumb-O-Crat or a Re-Bum-Li-Can is good and the other is bad. In reality, both parties are doing all they can to destroy our Constitution, and we are letting them. I give no one a chance. I take them at thier actions. I look to see who they associate with because you only associate with those who believe as you. I look at thier past. I look at votes on issues at lower levels. I listen to speaches that they make, as many as I can. Obama IS opposed to my beliefs and way of life. Everything he has ever said, voted on or those who he associates proves that to me. NO CHANCE, I want him out. Period. I truely do not trust him, I see him as a sneak, cheat and liar and a person who hates the country I love. Layoutshooter

Regardless of what Obama does or doesn't think,or what he is or isn't, my point was people will do what they have to do. The simple fact that we have not had a war on the North American Continent in over 100 years has much, if not all to do with it. I think a whole lot of the rage people had on Sept. 11th came from disbelief more than anything. You can describe in great painstaking detail to a young child what will happen if he or she touches the hot stove. He or she is not truly going to understand until he or she touches it.
I hope you are right and I am wrong, but I don't see it. People forget 9/11 long ago and we are again gutting the defense department and the intell agencies. Few seem to notice or care about it. I really believe that most Americans are just too lazy or too cowardly to stand up for what they believe in any more. In fact, I believe that very few even believe in anything any more. They just believe what thier told and to as they are instructed too. Again, I hope I am wrong but I don't think I am. Layoutshooter
