R U A Stupid Voter?

One of the most important factors in the upcoming months and election is the drilling ban and domestic access. The executive ban has already been lifted. We'll know 6 weeks before the election what happens with the legislative ban. Any incumbent who votes to continue the ban should be voted out in November regardless of who they are or what party they're with. Anyone who doesn't know how their incumbent voted and vote against them in November is one of those too stupid to vote my dad talks about. A lot of people are going to vote for the democrat regardless and a few people are going to vote for the republican regardless. A bunch more are going to vote for someone with no clue of their position on oil etc. not because they are best but because they put on the best show. That's because, as my dad always says, "most people are too stupid to be allowed to vote.". So, are you a stupid voter or will you know the results of the domestic exploration vote and use that as a litmus test?

We have to issues with the election this year, a deflection from the dems to put Obama and the cult of Obama in the face of everyone and the lack of concern with the real issue.

You know that Obama's trip, half paid for by the tax payers, was a rock tour. He didn't have to go there, he didn't have to disrespect wounded soldiers, he could have made a real effective speech in Iraq instead of infront of the Victor statue in Berlin but he didn't. He went with more reporters than the president has with him, he was greeted as he was the Pope and all of these people fall all over themselves deserve nothing.

At this point, I am ready to live in my truck and stop caring about the price of fuel - the idiots of my state and especially my region are the example for the country. We have corruption on a Chicago scale with in the city and no one is really doing a thing, we have a senator who says he lives in Washington so he 'fixed' the cab tariff issues and we have a governor who has been chasing jobs away. You know I am not kidding when I say if you want to look at what the country will be like under Obama and a democratic congress, look at my state and the city of Detroit.

Congress can pull together to put push a package through to help 400,000 people (notice I didn't say home owners) so they can not lose their houses. Oh yep read the bill, it is not about the poor, it is not about the masses but 400,000 people, the lenders, the cities and all the others who will benfit but they can't push through a bill to help the ENTIRE population of the country. 400,000 out of 304 MILLION people at a cost of $25 BILLION DOLLARS. that is one tenth of the populaiton that we the people have to pay to bail out.

One lady lied on 5 applications for 5 different properties and said her monthly income was $48,000 (her actual annual income). She was approved and awarded mortgages on five different homes. The news report was very sympathetic to her, because she would not be in this position had the lender verified her income. It's not her fault. Poor lady.

Helloooooo! She lied about her income. Five times. Not her fault, tho.

I'm gonna go to a restaurant tonight for dinner, and when I'm finished they're gonna want me to pay for it. I'm gonna tell them that I can't pay for it, and it's their fault for serving me food without first verifying that I could pay for it. Their fault, not mine. Same thing.

as i said in a different thread ... bailouts are for the investors. people with money who want more, and have paid for the politicians who try to help them.
