Pets- Cranberry Coast Cats

Lol...can you imagine one of those "cat collector" people getting into the trucking business. Oh wait, I think I saw one on his way. This guy had 5 cats in his dash. No exxageration, I counted them. Not that long ago, we were in Laredo, and this guy had a great dane in his truck with him. A great dane....like a miniature horse! I don't think that would be that good for a dog that big. At least he let it outside on a chain in the grass a lot. But a dog that big needs running and playing room. It didn't look out of shape and seemed to be happy though. I don't know.

You saw the great dane too? I thought I was dreaming. Here he gets this dog out of the cab and starts walking him around, amazing.

Actually great danes make great apartment or small space dogs and don't need all the excersize people think.

Wipes? LOL.............I meant full on bath as in stick the cat in the kitchen sink and hose it down, soap - rinse tumble dry. Those Siberians and similar like the Norwegians or Maine Coons are pretty but keeping those coats looking good means lots of bathing and brushing. Devons have a look you really must see in person to appreciate - huge ears, and all sorts of angles to their head shape, some call them little space aliens. Their coat is kind of like a woven afro.

Here's a suggestion on litter. Use the wheat litter. It's a little more expensive, but lasts a LOT longer. Just make sure you scoop after they go. It also doesn't have quite the litter smell!

I had also heard that the Bengal breed were good. I have two of them' Lunesta and Teddy, and I can actually sleep with one next to my head which would usually stuff me up in a heartbeat.
There is no way, even as a kitten, are you going to bathe this beast, though they play in water. There fur is very different than most breeds, very fine and dense. Combing with those special combs that remove underlying hair which retains the dander will really help. This breed has a dog like personality and will play ball and meow bark at un-wanted guests. They are larger and stronger then norm house cat so trying to give a pill or trim nails is only going to be done with much care and patience.
.

These are my babies, I keep them at home because my dog is more affective at warning me of outsiders coming to close.

I like cats too, but those cranberry cats look too stringy for my taste.

I prffer a chubby persian. They skin easy and fit well in a ronco rotiserie grill. Lightly salted and rubbed with virgin olive oil.

With a tyme and mustard dipping sauce.

Thanx. That brought back memories of a documentary on a certain Eastern country and their eating habits. Visions of them actually showing how the cats are prepared is something I'd rather not remember. :p
