Well if its true that UPS bought Panther, would they now be called P.U.P.S. ?

I believe a great name for a trucking company would be Orange Trucking, then paint all the trucks and trailers yellow.

Why would panther buy UPS? Panther is owned by the Fenway Holding Corporation which also owns a portion of UPS. That is why one of panther's biggest freight sources in UPS Freight. Panther also does most of their swaps/cross docking at UPS terminals.
