Doesn't matter and you may already know,but if you have an APU,you are allowed the weight of the APU over your GVWR. You must carry a proof of the weight from the manufacture.

I do not know if that is in ALL states.

Even at 750 lbs cargo capacity I'm sure he would have added the axle the first week.

Yup! Dealer called an hour ago and told us she can be picked up Monday!!!!!

Saw a triple axle straight today.. Regular duals in rear, then a tag way near front of box. Looked like an independent expediter from Canada.

Better yet, why not ask an enrolled agent, or a real CPA? If you get audited, wouldn't you want someone who can actually argue in front of the IRS on your behalf?
