Okay, this is NOT on the diet but it is a wonderful, quick meal for the truck. WalMart has a new frozen beef stew (Bob Evans) that is just like your Mom used to make - truly!!! It is wonderful and has a rich dark gravy that is the best. Just heat in the Microwave, warm up a biscuit and call it supper. It is enough for two and the meat is tender and great.

The stew sounds great!! Have you tried the new SteamFresh vegetables? We have fallen in love with those and sure eat more vegetables now. Neither one of us care for canned vegetables so this ia a perfect solution.

We love those veggies. They taste fresh, don't they? We like to mix the little lima beans with corn. It tastes like a fresh picked veggie plate. ih

Have you tried the Bob Evans Mashed potatos? I love them!! Umm...wait...that might be where that extra 10 lbs came from....:(

This is all well and good ladies but I'd stay away from that "Bob B Q" that they're advertising on TV lately............seeings how Bob Evans died today!!!
