New HOS rules delay

Thought some would be interested to know that the decision on the new HOS rules are delayed until Nov.

How ironic: the agency that has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to even trivial and innocent mistakes made by drivers & carriers can't get their own youknowwhat together.
It's too bad they don't get put OOS until they are perfect. :(

Just fire them. They are not competent. They are useless. Other than that they are Okay, for bums.

You hit the nail on the head. This delay ain't the half of it. The FMCSA seems to conduct itself as if it is immune from the laws and congressional directives it is supposed to obey. It has been going on for years.
