Looks like Romney & Obama

Looks like Romney and Obama. Shouldn't be a surprise unless of course you are one of those that still thinks it is all an illusion and Ron Paul won. ;)
I think Ron Paul got a whole 11 percent of the TX vote yesterday. I'm not sure where some were getting the idea he was going to win TX in a landslide? He couldn't even win in his own district which is kind of a shock.
I guess they are instead going with the carnival and Rand in 2016.

The 11 percent in Texas was just the popular vote. Ron Paul actually won all of the delegates. All of them. Even the ones who think they are for Romney. It was difficult at first to tell who won the delegates, what with everyone in the room yelling, "Point of order! Point of order!" without really even knowing why, but eventually it was determined, by someone as yet to be determined, that Ron Paul not only won Texas, but Kentucky.

Wonder if those delegates can be exchanged for tickets on the rides.;)

Ironically, they will sail on the Mayflower-II.

I have to admit that I was perplexed at a rash of posts as to how Ron Paul could get a good crowd to see him but they never would vote for him. I didn't realize they were there just for tickets on the carnival rides.;)
All makes sense now.

Bored college kids will go to almost any event if it's free - especially if the speaker tells them he'll make sure they never have to make a sacrifice for their country.

Actually, it's the reverse. The sacrifice Ron Paul advocates is the sacrifice of the claim on Other People's Money.
Aside from that, Ron Paul doesn't say or imply that there aren't circumstances that would necessitate asking Americans to risk their lives via the ultimate sacrifice. But the way you put it--"have to make a sacrifice"--abolishes freedom. Sounds like you're talking compulsory service, but I'm sure you were just speaking imprecisely.

Those who were around during the Viet Nam era know exactly what I'm talking about. If we follow Ron Paul's pie-in-the-sky foreign policy format we'll leave Iran and everybody else alone, mind our own business and stuff like Iraq and Afghanistan won't happen.
However, in the real world we'll more than likely have to reinstate the draft if we get into a skirmish with Iran and have to simultaneously engage another front that opens up - especially if Barack Hussein Obama guts the military according to his plan.

When one buries their head in the sand they are likely to get their 'donkey' shot off. There is a VERY fine line between doing too much and doing too little when it comes to foreign policy. Obama has not a clue, neither does Paul or Romney for that matter. I doubt that any one person does.

What a load of crap. You have absolutely no grasp of Ron Paul's foreign policy principles.

Does it really matter? Ron Paul has already acknowledged that Romney will be the nominee. Any position that Ron Paul has really isn't relevant at this point.
