She may or may not be prosecuted but should be along with the bosses all the way up the line to the top spot. I'm sure worthless Holder will do everything possible to avoid doing his job properly. He should also be locked up in a welded shut cell.

You are correct. Nothing will happen. Since the DOJ would be doing the prosecuting it won't see the light of day. Pretty much like the other scandals on the merry-go-round.
