When the SC rules 9-0 against the anointed one with even his two lackey appointees voting against his position that says something. It should come as no surprise to anyone he'd be so very wrong about something though.

The way our government has changed over time and especially the last decade, the last paragraph of the article sayes it all:

If President Obama can find lawyers radical enough to argue such a meritless case before the high court, he can in time find judges radical enough to give their consent. When religious liberty is endangered, all our liberties are threatened. Madison said it well: “The people are right to take alarm at the first advance on their liberties.”
