My best friend is going to team for my fleet. She needs a test truck in the Richland County ( Mansfield) Ohio area. She is un-employed and times are tough. The state of Ohio wants more than she can afford to test. Is there a willing truck owner that has a auto/airbrakes/26 GVW truck? Rather give a down time Expediter the money than the state.
