Hate crimes, not "hate crimes" (reverse discrimination?)

Mentally defective wrong thinking morons. What kind of fool says a crime is a "hate crime" just because it was committed by a person of a certain race or of a certain sexual orientation? If the same crime was committed against the same individual by a different perpetrator who happened to be the same race or same sexual orientation it would not be a "hate crime". The same victim would be the same dead so how is the crime any different??? I guess you have to be the same mentally defective touchy feely fool that sees so many other things through myopic eyes and tinted lenses to come to such a ridiculous conclusion.

This is the thought police - oh you thought that the guy was black/gay/asian/without an eye, that's now a hate crime.

This is the most damaging piece of crime legislation ever thought of.

Yes Doug. For some reason a handful of people can't accept the fact there are fools on the planet and/or the fact I will say so. I'm trying to spare their fragile, delicate sensibilities.

It is when the crime is committed BECAUSE of the diff. Race, Sex orientation etc.
I agree it is tough to enforce.
So again LDB you miss the point.

What we now have are the wise and sage people who did not vote for W making more and more laws that they are not going to enforce because prosecuting criminals is a form of discrimination.

It is the same crime regardless of why it's committed.

It goes to "intent" which is routinely considered in our legal system. It also sends a message to hate groups that such behavior is not tollerated in our society. I guess in your book when the Klan is caught burning a cross on someones lawn, they should just be charged with burning without a permit.

In my book everyone should be punished as severely and promptly with the "hate group" getting the same message as everyone else, NO tolerance, NO benefit of the doubt, NO leniency, NO exceptions.

So when the New Black Panthers start killing white people that won't be a hate crime? Was it when the original panthers were killing white people? Or can only "the majority" commit hate crimes? I once had a black man tell me that only whites can be racist. I think that Barry (Tommy Ivo) Obama proves that wrong but, who knows? Layoutshooter

the Klan tries to intimidate when the burn a cross just like a gang banger when he tags , vandalism,and distrution of privet property need to be 5 year sentences period well 3 to 5 .yes we do understand the intent very well the intent is to have more laws that will not be enforced trying to make it sound like your doing something when you really have no intent to do anything.

hate crime laws are just like ,i was going to say the stupidest things out there but in honest evaluation it's just one example of really really poor thinking(read poor public education,or privet if you went to a privet school) ALL CRIMES LIKE THAT ARE FROM HATE!!!
