I have a question, now, which I'm sure none of you can sanswer from personal experience, but maybe someone has 'heard from some guy somewhere' or on the CB, and can answer:
If the Transportation Security Agency declines to clear you for a Hazmat endorsement, what does the letter they send say? "We have determined that you represent a threat to the security of America - turn yourself in to the nearest FBI office immediately"?
