Good News for Rig Master owners

We just had a belt break in our Rig Master generator. We have been dreading any problems because Rig Master is out of business and parts are hard to find. We called many dealers and were not able to find any parts until we finally got to THE ONE! These people are awesome! They worked on our Rig Master a few years ago and did a great job explaining what needed to be done, etc. Also their prices were fair and reasonable.

The good news is they are still working on Rig Masters (in case you need service) AND they have most of the parts you will need (like belts, glow plugs, etc). They are mailing the belt we need to our home.

We HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Here is their info:

Was it the belt for the generator part of your generator? That belt's currently giving me fits.

It was the generator drive belt that broke on ours. We couldn't figure out why the block heater wasn't working and that belt controls it. No wonder we had trouble starting the engine in 15 degree weather in MN.

Make no mistake about it, Ray is the best game in town on these. I have yet to have a truck go in there and come out without the problem fixed. Best in the business as far as I'm concerned.
And speaking of belts, we had a truck there this week for belt replacement as part of our regular maintenance program.
In and out in a hour and half.

I would suggest that when you get the belt you take it wdown to an auto parts dealer and see if they can match one up, on top of not having to worry about where you will get one the next time you will probably say half the price.

they my not have the exact match but you should be able to get one close enough that it will work fine one slightly smaller is better if you can get the belt adjustment down to where you can get it on, also the green power rated belts will last a LOT longer if you can get one.
