Has anyone purchased anything on line from this co.? I pre orderd the new gps system 465t back on 4/23/09.They were supose to ship the end of May.Then ,they said 6/10/09.I put in my invoice # on there website,it say's order pending.I've emailed them,and phoned them,no response.Just wondering if this company is lagit.,or not.If they don't respond soon ,I will have to contact my credit card co.Go truck stop.com billed my credit card when i orderd the system.Should they have billed my credit card before shipping? It was a pre order discount offer.Saved $50.00 free shipping.My wife,and i start orientation on 6/22/09,so i'm getting a little concerned about recieving it before leaving. Thank's Jeff

I wouldn't hesitate, call the card company and tell them you never got the product and have them reverse the charge. If you waited more than two weeks, it is too long for you to pay interest for them using your money.

I bought my Teletype GPS from them at the Dallas Truck show last August. Other than telling me that I wouldn't have to pay for upgrades for the GPS, they were no problem.

But, I was so dissatisfied with the GPS that I wanted to return it. But, they don't do refunds; only exchanges.

lol. Thinking I had learned my lesson, I bought a Blue-tooth headset from Pilot. When I went to return that $109 piece of junk, the receipt said "Exchanges only". I will never learn. Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware.

Having your card charged before the item is shipped is the first red flag. They're not supposed to do that, because it causes you to incur finance charges for something you haven't bought. I'd call them and have them reverse the charges ASAP.

As far as I know, however, this won't even be in places like Best Buy until June 15th at the earliest, since that's the date of the rollout. This one is still in pre-order status from everybody. Street price at most places is $499.99, a few are a little cheaper.
