I'm sure they woudn't mnd if we helped out in the cause.
On January 20, 2005 (Inauguration Day), our grassroots, nonprofit organization will call into action a national boycott of gasoline in the United States of America. We are urging millions of citizens to participate in our effort to demand and promote alternative energy sources. Citizens of this great country are frustrated, not only by the high cost of gasoline, but also by the failure of our representatives in Congress who speak of pursuing alternative energy sources, but never act on their promises.
By not using our national voice to stand up for what is right and by remaining in a state of complacency for four years, we have allowed our government to sell our democracy to big business, oil companies and questionable contractors who have many conflicts of interest.
Don't be deterred by past boycotts of gasoline that haven’t made an impact! This time around, everyone will take interest.
If you are frustrated with governmental polices, outraged by the skyrocketing cost of gasoline, or discouraged by the lack of progress made to find alternative energy sources, we are asking for your support. So tell all your family, friends, acquaintances, co-workers, and even strangers on the street to take part in our nationwide boycott of gasoline.
