Football leadership and American Businesses

IMHO, it appears that professional football teams have a grip on motivation, leadership, team improvement and team spirit. Why is that type of professionalism not in American businesses? Why do American companies just seem to trod in the mud and never get on solid ground and roll baby roll? ahhh, its leadership and all about hiring the best of the best.

Professional Football does not recruit 3rd or 4th best unless they see someone with real potential, but usually they get the best of the best.

So, if America is gonna get going, just hire the best. They or him or her may not come cheap, but at the end of the year, whats in your wallet Mr. Owner, just saying.

Does it not make sense to hire ( The Best of the Best ). There is no tone, no smart azz typing here, but , why not hire the best of the best, it makes sense to me.

Business has to follow a different set of rules compared to sports. Many times they have to meet hiring quotas and follow legal guidelines which changes hiring practices.
It isn't necessarily hiring the best, it is hiring appropriately to keep from getting sued or getting fined.

Football is a COMPETITION. The left, who controls labor laws is opposed to competition. They don't believe in hiring the best person for the job. That assumes that some people out perform others and therefor are not equal in every way.

Schools contribute to the stupidity by removing competition for grades. Don't want to hurt the little darlin's self-esteem. It is FAR better to feel good about one's self than to accomplish something.
