Explain the logic

Here we go. Generally speaking, liberal and progressives (what ever those terms really mean) tend to, as a group, believe in evolution. Natural selection. Survival of the fittest. SO, one must then assume that they either, believe that that process no longer is occurring, OR, they have no idea in the world how it works.

Why do I say that? Their insistence on providing health care for everyone. While modern health care and safety laws are beneficial for the individual they are both quite detrimental to the survival of the species.

They allow disease to survive and in some cases modern medicine is creating new diseases. Safety laws that prevent stupid people from getting killed help to select for stupidity in the gene pool. Hence the "Darwin Awards" we all like to laugh at.

Plate tectonics continue unabated since the earth was formed. Volcanoes erupt. These processes continue. One must then assume that, if you believe in evolution and that the life we see on earth developed by accident, that those same processes are still occurring just as all the others that formed the earth are. Therefore, the insistence on modern health care, will in the end, lead to the end of mankind as we know it.

Correct. One must assume that either, they want the species to end, they have no idea how natural selection works, or, think that now that man is here evolution ended.

If you believe that evolution existed and stopped, look up the the "Peppered Moth".

Ah layout you miss the point of humans having the most developed brains. We've advanced from the survival of the fittest thing to actually helping those have nots and thereby allowing those with bigger brain use to have more of those have nots working for them. Remember since the industrial revolution the population has become more urban than rural and this has caused a problem of making it on your own. We've created a dream world of the easy life and so now we must support and succor those not capable of thinking, doing and working on their own (welcome to the socialist world, knew you'd love it).

I did not forget about the brain. I was talking about the ability to fend off new disease etc. Weak people are a drain. We should be requiring tougher standards, rougher play for our kids etc. Not what we have now. We are moving the race to a slow downgrade.
