I went to Panther Orientation in August 2007 and it wasn't free then. Van O\O or drivers were told to take the rig over to the TA and get it weighed & Inspected.

It's been alot longer then 2007 since Panther did the free DOT inspections,and yes you bring the weight ticket.When i first started you told them what your van could carry no weight ticket needed.My point was even if it's free i'm not drivivg 350 one way for a inspection i can have done 5 miles from my house for 50 bucks.
