Yeah, but a case can be made for a war draft, whether or not you ultimately agree. What if the individual is unemployed by choice and not taking whatever you call welfare up there? Maybe he's independently wealthy and doesn't need money. And how do they know who's unemployed and who isn't?

Make illegals subject to the "three strikes, you're out" law.

Three strikes and you're out? You're kidding, right? You'd give MORE THAN ONE strike before deporting an illegal alien?

Illegal aliens should be deported because they are illegal aliens, and for no other reason. The problem is you don't know who is illegal and who is legal. But, if one commits a crime and it is determined they are illegal, hasta luego, amigo!
