FYI- I just spoke to OOIDA, if I heard this correctly the IRS hired over 200,000 agents to review all records???

Just means it's a big lawyer firm with many lawyers.

I would personally recommend someone that is actually in the state in which you reside and operate out of. Many different reasons that your hired attorney will tell you.

I would agree with DaveKc on this as your state may be different than ours.
