Considering trying local

Well I thought so, even 4:30 am on a Saturday

If I had a point, the per mile thing doesn't work as a measure for local, unless that's actually how you get paid. I got mileage + pieces

The average local courier here makes less than 16.66 CDN per hour, "1099" in americanese with no benefits and own (very crappy) vehicle...still have to be careful who you partner with

My example is just to say it's possible for good local (with sprinter), my carrier still got their cut before that

I put in 9 hours or 45 hours per week drive apx 2000 miles a week in my car getting an avg of 36 mpg for 1300.00 or an avg .65/mile so you can do the math home weekends can work more if I want to and carry small amounts of mail and medical stuff...not bad when you do the cost on it
