Have you called your congressman or senator today? For everyone who complains about something political the best thing you can do is call and voice your opinion. Whether you are right, left, male, female, white, black, brown, red, yellow, gay, straight. Does not matter. I challange each one of you to call one of your representives daily. Sooner or later they will get the idea of what WE really want. Of all those who have complained about the Mexican trucking, or NAFTA, or anything else that concerns our business. Ask yourself, have you let them know how you feel? Most will say, "My one voice won't make a difference" but if enough voice their opinions they may start to listen. Now don't get me wrong, voting is a very important thing to do but polititions who won't be up for election for another 4-6 years won't care UNLESS you call them. Its time we stand up for what we believe and not be the drones they want us to be.

good post Flat! The e-mail addresses , fax #'s and phone #'s are all available online and if you aren't connect them with your concerns , well shame on you.

I have posted several online petitions here that all people had to do was open the link and type in their connect info...but typically you hear from people, those don't work, contacting your reps are a waste of time and on and on.......it works! Look at how the immigration bill was stopped the last time and just within the last week look at how the unconstitutional bill was jammed thru to tax the banksters bonuses at 90%.....People complained in both cases, one they were right the last, they had no clue about ........but the fact is they complained in large enough numbers that it worked, and it will again, just make the effort, and do it over and over, a single call from you, you right it might not, but 10 call, e-mails and faxes, when 100,000 people do that...............it gets attention..
