Panther won't put anything on a cargo van that requires placarding. Hazardous materials which do not require placarding can go on a van, but they require you to have a HAZMAT endorsement on your CDL to haul it.

Not sure about Tri-State.

That's funny, since you don't need a hazmat endorsement if it doesn't need a placard on the side of the vehicle.

with ceva they leave it to you if you or don't
i don't carry it anymore as it doesn't pay for all hoopers you have to jump throw
