I've been reading the Constitution....unless it is buried in sub clauses or hidden in code by the Freemasons....I can't find where it says government can not own a business or part of one?

The 10th Amendment says that the Government can ONLY do what is spelled out in the Constitution. There is no mention of the Government being allowed to own a business therefor they cannot.
Is there mention of NOT being allowed? When does Omission dictated the NO factor? If there is no statement then it is fair game....
In the 10th Amendment, read below:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

I am not sure on that one, I would have to look up the Constitution of the State of Michigan. I would not WANT them to own GM. Look how bad a shape Michigan is in!! Thay are the "Poster Child" for Barry's economic plan!! A Welfare Check in every POT!!

It is illegal even IF he made and Executive order. Of course, our wonderful Federal Government has ignored the Constitution for more years than I can remember. Barry and Co. are no different. They seek to control only. At the very least this is criminal, at worst, treason.
And the same people that handed Bush flawed intel and KNEW it? Treason? We went to war because of it, Americans died because of it and still dying...should they not be held accountable for murdering our children and loved ones....

Just the interference of the treasury department on the behalf of the administration is illegal, let alone the administration directing the judge in the procedure reeks of an ethics issue.
The entire debacle from the loan agreements to the part ownership of the company by three non-stakeholders to GM not being reorg'ed during the procedure stinks and it is like when the Nazi's took over the manufacturing plants in some parts of the Rhineland companies and handed them over to some of their supporters. Maybe we will see a pre-ipo stock sale from the government to other companies who will benefit from the IPO or something more hidden?

I don't beleive that the intell was intentionaly flawed. Intell is NOT a science it is more of an art. Much of that intell went back to Clinton's time and THEY TOO believed that Iraq had, and they did have, WMD's. We knew that when I was still working on that stuff. The UN SHOULD have inforced their resolutions. Those WMD's are STILL unacounted for despite all that HAVE been found since we went in there. OF COURSE, the fact the WE DID find over 250 warheads as well as the 500 metric tons of "Yellow Cake" uranium is NOT widely reported in "Pravda" and when they DO let out a tidbit is it buried in back pages.
Should Clinton not be held accountable for the deaths of US CIVILIANS on 9/11? His intell and DOD cuts lead DIRECTLY to the failures that allowed that attack to occur. As I have stated in the past, I was working counter-terrorism when my job was cut. Counter-terrorism projects were the FIRST that Clinton went after when he was elected. While at the same time he was entertaining terrorists in the White House. Yassir Arrafat for one.
My son will soon deploy again. This time to AGAIN, this time to Afganistan. I praise his, and all those who serve, efforts. They VOLUNTEER for this duty. They are NOT drafted. They KNOW the risk and CHOOSE to serve their Nation, they CHOOSE to serve you and I, the People. Thank God that they are over there. If they were not, we would be fighting it here. May they all come home safe.
