Does it really matter if a few hundred vans are getting cheap freight?
I would think ... not really.
It seems that the companies are the issue with freight that is brokered three times and/or shuffled through different entities to capture every dime. One guy in a van trying to capture what he can or even a hundred of them would not really matter.
