First thing yesterday morning, ordered a new breather hose and a new rubber grommet that holds that little heater element into the turbo intake hose. Figured I'd change that grommet while I'm in there. Ordered through Mercedes Benz in Manchester, NH. Parts are being shipped to the post office here in St Johnsbury, will arrive tomorrow .. $34 total (parts & shipping).

Woke up to the attached letter on my windshield. I came in and spoke to the manager. Explained that my vehicle wasn't unattended, I was sleeping inside. I also explained my whole situation. I've literally been at this location since Sun night ... eaten here, been online, showered & slept here. She was 100% completely cool, even apologetic. She said as long as they knew why my vehicle was here, it would be fine .. just throw the letter away.

Weather is still gorgeous ...

Delivered in Nashville this morning.
A little too warm for my liking, I need to find a casino :th_snow_ball_text_3:

On another note...
For some reason over the last couple of months, I've completely switched my long standing "I hate staying at Walmart" stance.
It has become my 1st choice, actually any place over a truck stop (except on weekends to catch up on my Wi-Fi TV binging ;)).
Guess I just needed a break from truck stop life, and enjoying the calmer quieter environment.

But why now do I have the urge to buy some wild looking shorts and look for pennies? :p

Oh God, I'm becoming OVM :JC-hysterical:

This one's noteable.

Fort Somewhere Ive Never Heard of Saskatchewan. 2000 miles

I did ask to go west of Ontario :tongueclosed:

Good time of year to do a run like this; weather should be favorable. Let us know how it goes.
Saskatoon should be a good place to get another run ..

Looks like I won't be cutting my grass, at least not much, after all.
In a surprise turn of events, I got my best lawn cutter back (and the only person I trust to do a good job) to fill in the gaps while I'm away :happydance:

I even gave him a little raise after he accepted
I didn't have to, but I know he's doing it more as a favor for me given our history.
Besides, I really do appreciate him doing it for me
