Age and FedEx CC

Does anyone know if I want to bring someone along with me in the truck/van, not a co-driver, how old they have to be?

Authorized passengers over the age of 21 are permitted in a FedEx Custom Critical vehicle while under dispatch when proof of passenger insurance has been filed with the FCC safety Department prior to the start of any trip. If you are found to have an unauthorized passenger or unqualified driver, you may be disqualified from operating any vehicle leased to FedEx Custom Critical

Yes; all vehicles leased to FedEx Custom Critical

I would talk to their safety department.One policy that FedxCC has cast in stone is that they will change a policy if it suits their needs and they want to keep you happy.

I do not believe this is a FedEx Custom Critical issue I believe it is an insurance issue.
