There was ONLY ONE person who called me a "Dam Yankee" when I moved down south and that was the Superintendant of the Pickens schools!! The guy had a PHD and was down to that level. I told he the same thing I always say, I am NOT from CT, not a boat or a sail and do NOT play pro ball for that team from NY. He did not even smile. Must have been a Dumb-O-Crat!!! LOL!!!
